More people turn to renting according to National Homebuyers
Many people may seek a fast property sale as new figures suggest that more people are turning to rented accommodation instead of buying properties.
[UKPRwire, Tue Mar 04 2008] The Council of Mortgage Lenders (CML) has revealed that buy-to-let mortgage lending increased in January.
It is worrying for homeowners as it suggests that potential buyers are turning away from the property market and choosing to rent instead.
With this in mind, many homeowners may seek a fast property sale as a lack of buyers in the market may lead to property prices falling.
"We expect to see a continuing healthy appetite for buy-to-let finance this year, in line with continuing expected consumer demand for private rental property," said Michael Coogan, director general of the CML.
It was recently revealed by the Association of Residential Lettings Agents that landlords have been able to increase rents due to rising demand for rented accommodation.
Fast property sale expert Julian King adds, "Homeowners looking for a quick sale of their property because they cannot find a buyer on the open market should consider a quick property sale company like National Homebuyers.
"We are able to assist thousands of homeowners with the fast sale of their home at a time when property prices are falling across the UK".
National Homebuyers are the UK's leading quick property sale company, guaranteeing an offer on any property in the UK, regardless of its condition or location.
