The theme this year was “Strategizing Towards a Digital Future”. In today’s era digital revolution has become the backbone of the economy and the spread of internet and digital technologies is transforming business operations. The rapid increase in such devices has converted a niche into a transformative global industry, so the process of digital innovation is essential for the success at both individual and digital level.
In the Indian economy, Digitalization is more than technology deployment. It enhances the potentially overhauls and complete the operating model of a business. It is important for a successful transformation of a business it should attend holistic solution benefits not only for the customers but also for the whole company.
According to McKinsey report, the implication of digital India will help the country with 20-30% incremental GDP by 2025. The adoption of digital revolution across the key areas like finance, healthcare, agriculture, energy, infrastructure and education will boost Indian GDP by $550 billion to $1 trillion by 2025. The Government’s ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’ philosophy will fuel the growth of a digital economy.
This 9th IBA International Conference was an attempt to bring to light and deliberate on such digital revolution and strategizing the ways and means to leverage this growing interest in India and identify the new revolution emerging in Business, Management, Leadership and Consciousness as a result of this digitalization.
